Small bakery Small but excellent selection Uses unsprayed grain! Long resting times Handcrafted / traditionally made Delicious cakes (great nut braid!) Good bread Friendly staff I drive 15 km and it's worth it

I'm thrilled! I think this little bakery is fantastic. I've tried almost everything and I'm amazed by the quality of the baked goods. My favorite rolls are poppy seed rolls and "Kracher" (a type of German pastry). Since the bakery is only open on weekends, I buy enough for the whole week and freeze it all. In the morning, I pop it in the oven and enjoy. I haven't found a comparable bakery yet. And I don't need to. I already have my favorite bakery. Keep up the great work, you're fantastic!

The perfect start to a Sunday starts with rolls from Mandery ;-) We buy rolls here regularly and have also tried the breads, baguettes, and cakes. Everything was always delicious and fresh. The products still tasted great the next day. Pre-ordering online is also great and always works perfectly. Keep up the good work, great concept.

We used Mandery Bakery's services for the first time on April 9, 2023. Everything went perfectly, from ordering to pickup. We ordered pretty much everything they offered: bread, rolls, cakes, and baguettes. Everything tasted absolutely delicious and was of top quality. Everything was baked with love, wonderful ingredients, and expert craftsmanship. The price-performance ratio is also excellent. The bakery is very tastefully decorated and very well-maintained, both inside and out. The concept is absolutely spot on. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. This kind of service is so hard to find these days. We would like to sincerely thank you for this wonderful experience and will definitely be back. P.S. Best regards to the bakery team!

A fantastic bakery that still bakes everything themselves using high-quality ingredients. A very warm and friendly team. The children are always happy to get rolls in the morning, as it gives them a little snack for the walk home.

Everything is of very high quality, truly handmade by the owner. The quality is reflected in the taste and freshness – no other bakery in town (or the neighboring towns) makes rolls that taste as good even after two days. For us, these rolls are unbeatable, and we conveniently pre-order every weekend (many options available). In addition to the delicious baked goods, there's always a friendly team behind the counter. Thank you so much for your work (we shudder to think of the time when the bakery was closed).

It's pretty much the only proper bakery that's open at 6 a.m. on Sundays. I'm happy to travel a bit further for it. The baked goods are excellent and reasonably priced.
